» What is my order status?
If you registered at the time of ordering you can view the status of your order by logging in. Click on your name and view "Order History". Click on your latest order and view Order Status.
» Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
We're sorry, orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.
» Will I find the same price on products ordering from the phone as I will online?
Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for such errors. Young Champions reserves the right to reject any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. If you discover an error in our website or catalog, please let us know at info@ycusa.org

» Shipping to APO/AFO
Young Champions ships to APO/FPO addresses via US Post Parcel Post. Parcel Post cannot ship items over 70 lbs.
» Shipping Tracking Information:
If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the tracking number(s) for your order when it is shipped. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with tracking information. Or login to your online account and review your orders place online.
» Shipping Addresses:
Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we process orders very quickly and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

» Returns Policy:
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-30 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge. There are no returns after 30 days of purchase. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.
To return any merchandise, customer needs to call (714) 259-1400 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for approval. No returns will be accepted without an approved RMA number. Then complete the exchange/return form that came with the shipment. Merchandise should be wrapped securely (with bar codes attached) and returned via U.P.S. or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.

RMA number and Return/Exchange form are required for all returns/exchanges. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.
» Books and DVDs:
Due to vendor requirements, books and DVDs cannot be refunded or exchanged once the seal is broken. If a defect is discovered in the purchased book or DVD, it can be exchanged for the same title.
